Liquor By the Drink

​Orange County ABC supports local restaurants and bars through our ​Liquor By the Drink program. Once a business receives their permit from the state, they can contact their preferred store to become their assigned pickup location.

Before contacting one of our locations, please review and prepare the documents required for the State of NC. You can find information on limits, timelines, and guidelines here.

Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed via email, fax, or phone. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or check upon pickup. Beginning Sept. 1, 2026, we will no longer accept checks for payments. Cash, credit cards, or certified bank check will be the only acceptable forms of payment.
